About Us
The Boston General Office exemplifies the New York Life policy of developing and supporting agents. Our staff consists of over 500 managers, trainers, administrative and IT personnel, and agents, whose job is to help our clients — businesses, families, and individuals — meet their insurance and financial goals, using the appropriate blend of insurance and financial products and services. We work closely with other professionals in the areas of law, accounting, taxes, and banking to achieve the results desired by our clients.
We are located in the Watermill Center, in suburban Waltham, near the junction of Interstate Route 95 and the Massachusetts Turnpike, about ten miles west of downtown Boston. We have affiliated offices in Andover, in Worcester, in Hyannis on Cape Cod, all in Massachusetts, and in Providence, Rhode Island.
